Information Security Policy:
As information technology becomes an integral part of our social and corporate lives, ensuring information security becomes essential to best perform business activities organically and efficiently.
In order to achieve excellence in information security, Kinkei System Corporation will regard its assurance as a centerpiece of our management strategy, and establish an environment where only authorized personnel are able to access a particular piece of company information at a given time.
Under the leadership upper management, the entirety of Kinkei System Corporation will cooperate in order to promote information security by observing the following security protocols:
- （1）We will comply with current legislation, our internal rules, and social norms which are related to information security.
- （2）We will develop internal rules for handling information and information security, and prevent employee misconduct and facility misuse by regularly educating employees.
- （3）We will divulge our information security policies to business partners, through means of a non-disclosure agreement, and create a cooperative management system that prevents information leaks.
- （4）We will prevent the divulgence, theft, misuse and abuse of information by putting into practice safety measures such as installing access control systems to our main buildings and protecting or internal networks against unauthorized access.
- （5）We will exercise proper risk management by preemptively establishing alternative security measures and restoration procedures.
- （6）We will periodically conduct information security audits in order to continually improve our security protocols.
- （7）Following an event of information leak or breach in security protocols, the upper management shall resolve the issue, investigate its cause, and announce the occurrence to the public; as well as take immediate corrective action to prevent any future occurrences of similar nature.
